Please review these Terms and Conditions for restrictions and other important information. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these stated terms and conditions.

  
All published rates are weekly rates, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
     
 
Pelican Reef sleeps maximum 4 guests. For larger groups, the beach house, Villa Ganshi, next door, is also available, subject to availability and at agreed rate.
     
 
Electricity, gas, and water are included in the above rates – at normal use.
     
 
No extra service charges are added.
     
 
Weekly and final cleaning are included in the weekly rates.
     
 
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, the remaining 80% is to be paid, at the latest, eight weeks before your arrival. Should the date of confirmation be less than eight weeks prior to the arrival date, the total rental fee is to be paid upon confirmation.
     
 
Only written cancellation notifications (email only) are accepted.
     
 
Any cancellation more than eight weeks prior to your arrival: you will lose the deposit. Cancellation between eight and six weeks prior to your arrival: 50% refund on the total rental fee. Cancellations between six and three weeks prior to your arrival, 25% refund on the total rental fee. Any cancellations less than three weeks prior to your arrival, no refund.
     
 
The published rates are exclusive of Bonaire tourist tax at USD 5.50 per person, per night. Please note that rates may be subject to change without notice, except, of course, for confirmed bookings.
